Once-Off
The Physical Assessment + Programme, is a once-off face-to-face or online physical assessment session. Thereafter one will receive a training programme that suits your goals and unique body type.
This will be achieved through an assessment that will be conducted in person or a self-assessment video link will be sent. Thereafter you would perform a self-assessment and send me the results (only if not done in person). We are currently based in Cape Town, South Africa. 3-day Programme = R 2 100.
4-day Programme = R 2 600.
+5-day Programme = R 3 100.
Programme-only price:
3-day Programme = R 1 500.
4-day Programme = R 2 000.
+5-day Programme = R 2 500.

1x Physical Assessment = R 600
